Who sells insurance covering the risks of my using a human egg donor or surrogate mother?

We are considering using a (human) egg donor or surrogate mother to deal with our infertility problem. We are told we will have to sign a contract where we assume any financial risks from any medical complications they might experience since this is not covered by anyone’s insurance. Does anyone sell an insurance product that covers the financial risks we face that would result from any medical complications from our using a (human) egg donor or surrogate mother?

Is it better to have your health insurance deductions taken out on a pre-tax or post-tax basis?

I am in a low tax bracket (15% I think) and my company offers the choice of having your health insurance payments taken out on a pre- or post-tax basis. I’ve heard that you pay less money in taxes if you get it taken out on a pre-tax basis, but if you get it taken out on a post-tax basis you get tax-cuts at the end of the year. Is there any truth behind this? Please help. I’m confused.

What is the procedure to add a name to a vehicle title in PA? Are there any concerns to be considered?

A partner and I are starting a business and are going to use his vehicle. We thought that maybe my name should be added to the title since we are considering using a joint insurance policy for it as well as other assorted items in our venture. Can my name be added to the title and he/we be able to retain the current loan satisfaction for said vehicle. ie…loan in his name and vehicle is the collateral.
