How and why does emotional pain manifest into physical pain or sensations?

My friend was murdered 2 years ago ago everytime I think about him I get a burning ache in my back and my chest.
How is it that emotional grief can become physical pain? What makes it hurt in the spot where your heart is when your heart isn’t an “emotional” organ?
Last time I checked, the heart was a VITAL organ.

What type of doctor for shoulder blade and neck pain, headaches?

I had a neck injury from martial arts, have gotten headaches ever since. Saw a neurologist, they didn’t find anythinig, but don’t believe I got an MRI.

I was told that she was taking care of her deceased father’s corrupted business in Nigeria. She was stuck there unable to cash her US money order. Could I Western Union her the remainder of the money she needed to get home. Her Name Tomi Daniels or Alias: tennie on the yahoo personals. I imagine it is a guy pretending to be her. I would like to post the picture so others can be warned but I fear the real girl has had her identity stolen already and is a victim herself.

Thinkorbeeaten.blogspot.com This site will make you really think for youself. Don’t just read the main page and dismiss it as fantasy read the previous posts also all of them, please. If you value your own thought processes and your own mind, please read all the posts with care. Its not just a fantasy much thought went into this. I am no communist or anarchist, I simply care about the “lemming effect”. This side of the looking glass is a vile deception that can only bring you harm, to step thru the looking glass is painful, but not harmful, it is a liberation. The “comfort zone” in which you find yourselves is a trap. Please read all of the posts with mindfulness. Trillionare and goofy tired, evil-r-us,ghosts of reality,the flasher, these are good previous posts to start with. There are many others which are good too. I say this with a caring heart. Peace

What is the “truth” and extent of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? It only gets worse and there are no answers

The leading authoity here in Fl, says it will get worse once the trauma(s) are remembered..and what worked before, won’t work now-drugs,food,memory lapses-so the only answere is to accept you will never be the person you once were ie, accomplishments, positive personality traits, human relationships and social outings are replaced by pychological trauma that never goes away although it may lessen at times. You are a new person…reborn and discovering who you are and what works for you in this new WORLD. You can see it as a new and learning experience with a whole new life in front of you. But I only miss the educated,employed, occassionally happy, out-going woman,mother, grandmother,daughter and life’s teacher. She’s still there but so shy and confused by the ‘other’ menories. Whichwill respond or over-react in any given situation? This is not what we as a nation are ready for once our sevice people come home. There is no way we can be.and my heart goes out to their home-coming

It’s not like it’s a sharp pain, it feels like something heavy is on that one spot. my doctor says it’s not the heart , and more like the bone under my left ******.
1 CommentAnd sometimes when I’m sleeping, I get short breaths, wake up as if Im in middle of a rapid dream, then sleep then wake up out of breath..and the pain occurs .
What is it? ;o

I’m not being facetious either, just curious. I’ve been a believer for many years and this is just a trend I’ve observed more and more lately, and I’m curious which, if any, would have the fewest. The reason I’m asking? Just curious what people will post.

i am still feeling pressure in my chest. taking prilosec for one week now. should i still be feeling this pressure? they ran tests for my heart everything was negative - why do i still feel this uncomfortable feeling?

What would you do if your spouse dident care about your two pitbulls fighting?

My two pitbulls, Hunter and Diablo Keep getting into fight’s and it is a pain to break them up. It really breaks my heart having to heal them. The other problem is my spouse, Mike he doesn’t seem to care about the fighting, and says they are fine… What would you do?
