new symptoms. knee getting worse i fear?
also whenever i turn my ankle from side to side my knee will now shift and go “pop, pop” with a grinding and catching feeling
last night when i got home from being at the club(didnt do much of anything there because of the pain) my knee was so swollen that i couldnt get my brace off.. my friend had to pull it inside out in order for it to come off
these symptoms began about 3 weeks ago after i tripped and have since gotten worse, this is following surgery approximatly 4 months ago to fix a tear to my meniscus and dislocated patella
as i said before i already have an appointment on wednesday with my ortho, but i wanted to see what others thought i may have done

A fifth of UK councils are axing road lights to cut bills - is it a good idea?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1078647/The-big-switch-A-fifth-councils-axe-road-lights-cut-bills.html
And BBC News ‘Thousands of street lights in towns and villages across East Yorkshire could be switched off at night in a bid to slash the council’s electricity bill’.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/south_yorkshire/7632986.stm
East Riding of Yorkshire Council is considering the move as it anticipates its energy costs will rise by 18% to more than £3m this year.
As well as a post-midnight switch-off, it is also considering dimming lights to save energy.
Councillors stressed lights would not be turned off in crime hotspots.
Residents are being asked to give their view of the proposals as part of a wide-ranging council survey of 6,000 households.
Costs doubled
Dave Williamson, of the council’s street lighting department, said: “The cost of energy has doubled over the last few years.
“Street lighting is a very efficient user of energy but the quantity of lights means that it costs nearly £900,000 every year to keep them lit.
“We are looking at ways to reduce the amount of energy we use, which will limit some of the cost increases and help the planet by reducing our carbon footprint.”
Switching lights off between midnight and 0500 would reduce the amount of energy used by each light by 70%, the council said. Even dimming them would save about 27%, it added’
